Great Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our easy returns policy, we want you to be comfortable buying from us knowing that if you have a problem with one of our products we will change it for you or refund your money, no problem.

However, due to the nature of some of our products, we do have to make some restrictions;

- All adult toys must be returned unopened and unused. Unless of course the product is faulty in which case we will refund you if returned in the orginal box within 14 days.

- No underwear can be returned if the package has been opened, or tried on for size. All other clothing items can be returned for any reason, including if you need to exchange it for a different size.

If you do need to return a product for exchange or refund it must be returned within 14 days to the following address;
